Our house, nK85, is situated in a quiet residential area in the seaside town of Kyrenia in Northern Cyprus. Only 15 minute walk to the beautiful old harbour. The closest beach is a 10 minute drive.

A wonderful house with real character, nK85 is newly renovated. Surrounded by a large garden, the house itself is around 110 square meters with an entre, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms (one of them upstairs) which sleeps up to 6 people. Originally a private villa, nK85 is ideal for self catering. There is also private parking space for two cars.

nK85 has a big terrace facing northwest where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoons, while the smaller terrace has morning sun and is ideal for al fresco breakfasts. A small conservatory on the front side of the house gets a lot of sun during winter.

In the garden you will find almond, fig, plum and lemon trees. In season, you may help yourself to whatever fruits are available.
